Come along for a morning of free activities for everyone!
9:30 am – Chair Yoga with Emma: enjoy the healing benefits of yoga gentle stretches, breathing practises & guided meditations. No experience necessary.
10 am – Come & Try Multisports: have a go at the Rec Centre’s range of modified and adaptive multisport equipment.
10:45 am – Zumba for all with Claudia: A combination of dance and fitness on your feet or in a chair, get fit, stay fit & enjoy the music.
Light refreshments served from 12 noon.
