Whilst immersed in Skinner Release Technique (SRT), Stephanie Skura https://opensourceforms.com/about/ fluidly expanded the technique into Open Source Forms – a technique that morphs; flows into improvisation & back to structure. We might become the dance? A living, breathing presence with deep roots; sensing our connection to all; moving outwards into the space and back inwards; with wild or silent explorations. Connected.
Introductory/ Beginners Workshop – no Experience needed (16yrs & above).

Open to movers from all backgrounds & experience. Artists, performers – dancers, actors, musicians and everyone interested in exploring and following their own unique movement pathways. Moving with aliveness & presence. An experiential, integrative and transformative approach to movement, dance and creative practice.
Early Bird: $85 for both days. Payment must be received by 17th August.
