We’re happy to share that Life Now Meditation is coming soon to Albany!
This free, introductory, six-week meditation course, is specifically designed for people living with cancer and their carers. Learn gentle techniques to support mental well-being during treatment and recovery.
Classes will run 9.00-10.00am at Beryl Grant Centre 31 Townsend Street Albany.
