Remembering Taylah Fundraiser

In June 2014, Taylah was diagnosed with Diffuse Intrinsic Pontine Glioma (DIPG), an inoperable brain tumour in her brain stem, at age 6.

Sadly, on May 28th 2015, Taylah passed away after a brave 11 month battle with cancer, just 2 and a half months shy of her 8th birthday.

It’s 2022 and Taylah would have turned 15, so to remember her, the “Team Taylah” Crew are holding a charity event and talk about Brain Cancer. All donations will go to “Cure Brain Cancer Foundation”.

Local IGA Denmark Fine Food Market employee, David MacAtinney will be on a treadmill to walk/run non stop for 24 hours to raise money and awareness of this crippling disease.
