At a Death Café, there is discussion about death, in an
accessible, respectful and confidential space.
At a Death Café, people gather to eat cake, drink tea
and discuss death.
At a Death Café, there is discussion without specific
topics, questions or speakers. There is no agenda and
all discussion is directed by those who are gathered there.
At a Death Café, the aim is to “increase awareness of death with a view to helping people make the most
of their (finite) lives.
A Death Café is NOT a bereavement support or grief
counselling service.
You are welcome to join us at the Denmark Death Café,
on the 2nd Monday of each month, from 1 to 3 pm, at the
Denmark Community Resource Centre’s Garden Room
