Held monthly @ The Denmark Yoga Centre, you will be gently guided through a series of restful postures using suitable props and blankets. Completely floor based these sessions are designed to heal the effects of stress on the body. Suitable for individuals looking for ways to unravel tension, students new to yoga, or for anyone who has not found movement in the body for some time.
