Help Shape Cancer Services in WA

Health Consumers Council would like to talk to previous cancer patients and carers about their preferences for accessing cancer services including location. We would like to hold online conversations about some parts of this experience.

They will ask you:

• What is important around cancer treatment
• What are the advantages and disadvantages of:
  • Being able to receive a range of cancer treatment in one physical location
  • Being able to receive some cancer treatments closer to home
• What are some things that make your experience of cancer care a positive or less positive experience

Your comments will be kept anonymous and used to help the WA department of health with work they are doing around planning for clinical delivery of cancer services. You are able to receive a payment for your participation at a rate of $37.50 per hour.

Conversations will be held online and will run from 20 March 2024 – 5 April 2024.
